But then when Kevin showed up this afternoon, I was certain my malfunctioning furnace was in good hands. Kevin is a skilled trouble shooter, a conscientious worker, and a pleasure to have in my home. Circuit board malfunctioned. Understand this is an exception to the rule for Daiken Heat Pumps. Kevin did excellent follow through, kept to the schedule. Was very pleasant and professional. Appreciate the response by Airrow Heating.
