We called Airrow Heating on a Monday when our gas heater stopped working. Their tech came out within an hour, diagnosed the problem (28 y.o., worn out furnace) very quickly. Tues. the tech, Steve, came over with replacement options and had our order in on Tues. afternoon. On Wed. Airrow called to say the new unit had arrived and scheduled installation for Thurs. Bright and early Thurs. morning Steve called to say he was on his way and we had heat again by Thurs. afternoon. Airrow didn't try to sell us the most expensive unit, but offered advice on what would best suit our needs. Steve is an excellent tech who represents Airrow very well. If I could, I'd give Airrow more than 5 stars. Kudos to the entire team!

Since I "found" airrow heating several years ago I have always been treated with respect, prompt service, fair prices and a tidy cleanup. Kevin knows his business and finds and fixes problems quickly.

I didn't know which tech that Airrow Heating would be sending to my house today. I guess it doesn't matter really... they all know their stuff. But then when Kevin showed up this afternoon, I was certain my malfunctioning furnace was in good hands. Kevin is a skilled trouble shooter, a conscientious worker, and a pleasure to have in my home. I couldn't imagine calling on a better team!

Circuit board malfunctioned. Understand this is an exception to the rule for Daiken Heat Pumps. Kevin did excellent follow through, kept to the schedule. Was very pleasant and professional. Appreciate the response by Airrow Heating.
