Our heat pump install went better than expected; probably the best interaction with a contractor I've ever had. From the beginning Dave listened to our requirements, explored building existing conditions taking copious notes, and delivered detailed heat pump alternative proposals in a timely manner for our consideration. He also quickly responded to many technical questions I had before the project was contracted. The work team led by Curtis showed up at the appointed dates and times, and completed a very efficient and clean install, with a follow-up walk-through of system function and maintenance requirements. Their attention to detail was excellent. Although the equipment has been in operation for only a day, so far we couldn't be more pleased with the results. The contract price was about what I expected for the system quality level we selected.

So far we love the unit. The installers, tech, were very professional and left everything very tidy after install.

Still too early in the process to see how this does over the long haul, but the guys at Airrow did a great job planning, financing, and installing this (ductless heat pump system). I am especially delighted to find this caliber of professionalism in li'l old South Beach, because here on the Oregon Coast, services can be a little...variable. Very clean install process, and even the electrician (let's give him a plug, too: All Electric Service) arrived right on time, worked perfectly with each other, and left with no surprises hanging. Now, let's see if we can get that electric bill way down?

Airrow Heating was helpful from the get-go; Ron came out and spent a lot of time with us at our house to find the perfect place for the unit.
