We were quite impressed with the home visit where our barrage of endless questions were answered in great detail by AirrowHeatings estimator Dave English. No matter the number of times we called him with additional questions he was always professional, courteous and an absolute joy to work with. On the installation day I was not satisfied with the base for the unit and the crew without hesitation drove back to Newport (we live in Waldport) for another one. The installation crew was equally as professional and accommodating. All work sites were cleaned very well and great patience and direction was given to both my wife and I when going over the operations re the remotes. Airrow Heating was recommended to us by a very good friend and neighbor and I too will be pleased to recommend Airrow Heating to friends and/or family in the future. Quality and service well represented with our purchase!

Philip knows more about heat pumps than anyone who has looked at my furnace. He is very through, he cleaned the heat pump and the thermostat. He is very polite and respectful. He listened when I told him the problems and now my heat pump is working fine and quietly.

From the store to guest services to installation, this team is absolutely amazing! The girls at the desk were extremely friendly and professional, very thorough! Sales wasn’t sales at all! They legitimately listened to our concerns, needs and unique situation, and found us the best deal and the best unit for our needs! Installation was a breeze and with our busy child, that’s saying a ton! A special ty to Gavin for having so much patience with him wanting to help constantly!
