Airrow Heating took the time to really explain the installation of the ductless heating system, not once but twice! The installation people were professional and efficient. I still haven't used my system but it looks great and I highly recommend Airrow Heating to everyone.
Airrow's electrical sub contractor too pricey

The "discounted" $400 flat rate for electrical hookup of my ductless heat pump, to which I agreed, still ended up being a bit too much money. On site electrician's work was 1.5 hrs. with very little new material used. I support all the good reasons for flat rates, including off site expenses and earning what you're worth but on fast, simple jobs there needs to be some adjustment to the formula.

Electric forced air furnace was not heating like it should. Found a faulty sequential relay and also found that the original installation contactor did not wire the controls properly. Customer had only been getting 2/3 of their Heating from their system. They said it took forever to get their home warm! After repairing the faulty relay and correctly wiring the controls they are happy and warm.
