Your Best Choice for Heating Repair and Sheet Metal Fabrication in Waldport OR (2)

Very happy with the install process and the mini split. Wes was very friendly and worked quickly.

Our Arrow Heating experience began with a visit from David English who was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient. A guy like David is a good way to start off any project of this magnitude. The layout and construction of our home posed a slightly higher level of difficulty. David submitted several design proposals to me and after a few meetings we decided on one. Then there is the installation team of Curtis and Westley .... to me this is where the rubber meets the road. These guys were GREAT! These two worked at a level of integrity and professionalism that is commendable to their craft and certainly to the company they represent. BEAUTIFUL WORK! To close I would like to express a very sincere thanks to Airrow Heating and to all its employees involved in this project .... James

The team did an excellent job with the recent installation. They were courteous and friendly. All equipment was installed as per expectations. They cleaned up afterwards and provided me with a clear understanding of the controls and maintenance procedures.

Hi Airrow! Wes and Jay were terrific! Clean, efficient, courteous and helpful! Answered all of my questions- even the dumb ones! Thanks Guys! Shout out to the electricians as well! Nice work!

In short Curtis is a keeper. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and a fast efficient worker .

We were quite impressed with the home visit where our barrage of endless questions were answered in great detail by AirrowHeatings estimator Dave English. No matter the number of times we called him with additional questions he was always professional, courteous and an absolute joy to work with. On the installation day I was not satisfied with the base for the unit and the crew without hesitation drove back to Newport (we live in Waldport) for another one. The installation crew was equally as professional and accommodating. All work sites were cleaned very well and great patience and direction was given to both my wife and I when going over the operations re the remotes. Airrow Heating was recommended to us by a very good friend and neighbor and I too will be pleased to recommend Airrow Heating to friends and/or family in the future. Quality and service well represented with our purchase!

Great service, good explanations. I’ll tell friends and family about this product.

Philip knows more about heat pumps than anyone who has looked at my furnace. He is very through, he cleaned the heat pump and the thermostat. He is very polite and respectful. He listened when I told him the problems and now my heat pump is working fine and quietly.

We were familiar with Airrow’s great service as they maintained our old furnace we inherited when we bought this house 2 years ago. When we decided to upgrade to a new heat pump, from initial call to a thorough consultation in our home as to best solution to the install, the experience was exceptional. True professionals!!

Great company! Everything contracted for was included and installed exactly as expected. Friendly, courteous folks, everyone we had contact with!

If you need heating, cooling hot water etc. call these guys. They are the best!

will defiantly recommend them to every one

They arrived earlier than expected and it took them less time than was estimated. They did a very neat job and took care to protect my house from dirt and damage. Took the time to explain the unit, the remote control, warranty, etc.

These guys are awesome very professional and extremely knowledgeable.

They were on time, efficient, and professional.

Really appreciated the creativity of the team to get my new pellet stove up and running. The responsiveness has been top notch and I now have a warm house again. Thanks!

Workers showed up in time and had the job done when they said. A good review was given on the use of the remote. Highly recomened

Gavin, Evan and James made a very clean installation of the system today with a professional demeanor and very satisfactory workmanship all around. Nice job, fellas, and thanks!
