From the initial estimate to the installation, the folks at Airrow made my experience with them pleasurable. The personnel were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. All my concerns and questions were addressed fully and in an easy to understand manner. I am also extremely satisfied with the Mitsubishi ductless system. Efficient and quiet!

Kevin made sure we were informed about the repair and how to properly operate the furnace. He kept us fully informed as to how the repair was proceeding, and made sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible. We recently moved to the coast from "the big city" and we are pleasantly surprised regarding how business is done: with honesty and integrity. We won't hesitate to call your company again in the future as well as recommend you to friends and family!

Airrow Heating took the time to really explain the installation of the ductless heating system, not once but twice! The installation people were professional and efficient. I still haven't used my system but it looks great and I highly recommend Airrow Heating to everyone.

The "discounted" $400 flat rate for electrical hookup of my ductless heat pump, to which I agreed, still ended up being a bit too much money. On site electrician's work was 1.5 hrs. with very little new material used. I support all the good reasons for flat rates, including off site expenses and earning what you're worth but on fast, simple jobs there needs to be some adjustment to the formula.
