I want to give Airrow a big thank you. We had our ductless heating/air conditioning unit installed last Summer and this system has more than exceeded our expectations. We love it! The friendly technicians came to our home one morning in last July, installed the unit, answered our questions, showed us how to use the remote and clean the filter. Very professional and thorough. The ductless unit kept our home cool all summer and warm all this winter while saving us $$$ on our energy bill, plus it's so simple to operate. This has been the best update that we have made to our home. Way to go Airrow. Thank you! Thank you! We were really impressed that the team of guys that worked on installing this for us could get in and out of here during the course of a day and left our house spotless! The fact that Gavin even waited around for us to get off work so he could give us a tutorial on how the remotes worked was amazing! You have a very knowledgable technician with Kevin! He is a great asset to your company, and I have always enjoyed having him provide us with service for our heating units at work and home. I would recommend setting up a scheduled time frame, example "the tech will arrive between 1130 to 1230", that way people can plan on giving you a little time before they call wondering why the tech or company hasn't called if they have not showed up the exact time that was set up. Also on your follow up appointment I would recommend calling to set up a time frame. I had a follow up appointment and no one called letting me know if anyone was going to show up or even be able to fix the heating unit.

Kevin was on time, found the problem quickly and fixed it. I'm satisfied.
