There was some initial confusion around how to install the equipment as planned in a small and awkwardly shaped basement but Curtis got creative with troubleshooting and figured it out and the end result was exactly what I wanted. The crew was friendly and great to work with.

We obtained several quotes in our quest for installation of a heat pump and two 'mini-splits' to heat our 2-story home. After comparing our quoted price and the online reviews on several companies quotes we went with Airrow Heating. Questions were answered along the way and an additional trip out to our house was made by Dave English to ensure everything was in order on the day of installation. Two Airrow employees along with two electricians showed up promptly at our scheduled time. "Professional and courteous with attention to detail" is how I'd best describe the service. Curtis went through the operation and orientation on the units and took time to discuss what settings would be most optimal. All documentation was left with us to review. We really appreciated them meticulously cleaning up the job-site afterwards. 5 Stars !!!

We had a friendly salesman and installers. There was a miscommunication with our ductwork and coilbox without a change in price. There should have been one or the other. But we have a wonderful, warm furnace in the midst of a National shortage. So, we are incredibly thankful!

Philip was dedicated to getting the control box for my Rinnai unit working correctly. He was professional and a pleasure to have working in the house.

Phillip was my serviceman and he did a fantastic job, He actually took out the blower motor and cleaned it and lubricated the motor. Nobody has ever done that before. I highly recommend Phillip, he knows what he is doing.

I was very pleased with how quickly you set up the install and Gavin was on time. Polite and went to work right away. Sorry I can’t remember the electrician’s name. He was also polite and did his job quickly. I was surprised when Gavin asked me if we were ready for him to explain the controls; the job went quickly. He asked if he could help move back the furniture. I told him no thanks, I wanted to vacuum and he said he already had. What a surprise.

Arrived on time and were very mindful of not disrupting anything in my house. Completed installation and cleaned up everything. Was very knowledgeable about my unit and answered all my questions.
