We hate it! It's loud, it's ugly and we constantly have to turn it on and off to regulate the heat. This is still April 1st right?? Just kidding, we love it. We are still working out the optimum setting, but it's sooooo nice! It keeps the downstairs a constant temperature and even grandma's happy. Several years ago after a number of repair visits by another company without fixing the problem with my furnace I called Airrow and their repair person made repairs that lasted for 3 years. Finally a hole developed in the heat exchanger and the furnace became unsafe to use. I had a previous bid for a new furnace and Airrow's bid was competitive so I had them install the new furnace. The crew arrived at the appointed time and completed the installation in one day so we did not have to go a winter night without heat. The company took care of minor adjustments that were required after the installation with additional visits as needed. I highly recommend them.
